About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role involves supporting the Marketing Strategy and Brand Strategy organization at AT&T, a company dedicated to redefining connectivity and serving customers with innovative products and services. The candidate will work within the Marketing & Growth Organization, responsible for driving sustainable growth, understanding customer needs, and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. The role emphasizes deep analytical skills, cross-team collaboration, and strategic thinking to support business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing and brand strategies that enable business units to anticipate and deliver on customer needs, address pain points, and evolve perceptions.
  • Deeply understand how AT&T businesses operate, including the product and service portfolio, and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Become an expert on AT&T's product and service portfolio, understanding how each element fits together to present a compelling offering to consumers.
  • Identify unique customer insights and turn facts and analytics into novel findings.
  • Partner with colleagues across various levels and functions to execute strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver outputs such as portfolio strategy, brand architecture, value propositions, segmentation, messaging frameworks, market sizing, journey maps, brand health analysis, business cases, marketing plans, and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical prowess and data fluency to understand customer, competitor, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to partner effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of how businesses operate and drive revenue and market share.
  • Familiarity with strategic levers, competitive environment, and emerging market trends.
  • Ability to identify customer insights and operational implications of strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in developing strategic frameworks, brand positioning, and market analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications or technology industries.
  • Experience with market research, customer journey mapping, or CX analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (implied by the professional level and strategic nature of the role).
