About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role is based in El Segundo, CA or Dallas, TX, within AT&T's Marketing & Growth Organization. The Marketing & Growth Organization drives sustainable growth through customer understanding, compelling marketing efforts, and brand building. The Lead Product Marketing role involves developing and executing consumer-facing marketing programs to stimulate upgrades, drive gross adds, and reduce churn within the wireless customer base, working closely with internal and agency partners to optimize campaigns and analyze performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to stimulate upgrades, gross adds, and broadband adoption within the current wireless customer base.
  • Develop strategies to reduce customer churn with relevant customer communications.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Identify trends within the existing customer base to apply to targeted marketing efforts.
  • Proactively seek out data from internal resources to optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience in Marketing, Digital, or Agency environments.
  • Experience with campaign management and partnership with marketing agencies.
  • Experience managing initiatives for consumer-facing channels.
  • Ability to generate marketing ideas and insights from multiple data sources.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Interest in building new direct marketing channels to meet customers where they are.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in email, SMS, paid media, and/or digital channels.
  • Cross-team relationship building experience (analytics, retail, online, call center).
