We are currently seeking a dynamic Major SLED Account Manager to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. As a Major Accounts Manager, you will play an integral role in new business pitches, foster long-term relationships, negotiate business terms for enterprise-wide deployments, onboard new clients, grow existing accounts, generate sales pipelines, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams on proposals and contracts. The role involves travel throughout the territory to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as a catalyst in negotiating business terms to achieve enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet solutions.
  • Effectively onboard new clients and proactively focus on growing and developing existing accounts.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
  • Travel throughout the territory to support the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling enterprise network security solutions and services to large and complex organizations.
  • Ability to move deals through the sales cycle, with a proven record of closing large deals and exceeding targets.
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and cultural fluency skills effective for executive audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 8+ years of experience selling to Major Enterprise Accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience selling enterprise network security products and services.
  • The role requires working outside of the office or home office, including travel as needed.
  • Education: BS or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in selling to large and complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to close large deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong influencing and cultural fluency skills for executive audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.
