Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling offsite and owned and operated advertising placements, formats and measurement capabilities that exceed the wants and needs of UB Media brand partners.
  • Identify client needs, market opportunities, and overall direction of ad product.
  • Responsible for the ad product roadmap; support the annual prioritized roadmap and determine the estimated product value and complexity.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to align on goals, metrics, and success criteria for new and existing ad products to support and rationalize resource investments.
  • Build a collaborative working relationship with UB Media Sales & Account team to compile business and customer insights to inform ad product developments.
  • Partner with Brand and Creative stakeholders to incorporate the brand aesthetic and voice in capabilities and touchpoints across the journey.
  • Responsible for go-to-market strategy across ad products.
  • Educate team and key stakeholders in ad product best practices.
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in Retail Media Network advertising and promotion.
  • Provide functional knowledge to guide on strategy, direction, and timing of future AdTech & MarTech improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising in ad product at a publisher, ad network or Retail Media Network.
  • Strong experience with digital advertising including multiple devices (desktop, mobile), formats (video, search, banner), placements, buy/sell-types (auction-based, direct) and measurement techniques.
  • Proven experience planning and evaluating offsite ad products, with a track record of leveraging these strategies to drive business impact through enhanced brand partnerships and revenue growth.
  • High proficiency and extensive experience with SSPs / ad exchange platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager / DFP, AppNexus, OpenX, Rubicon).
  • Knowledge of DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Experience developing product strategy plan and roadmap.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with colleagues across different departments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence decision making based on the audience and desired outcome.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions independently.
  • Ability to clearly organize large goals into an iterative, actionable, and achievable plan.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment, deal with ambiguity, and remain focused on execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AdTech & MarTech improvements.
  • Experience working in retail media or similar environments.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education, certifications, or experience as indicated by 5+ years of experience in digital advertising roles.

  • Pay range for this position is $100,900.00 - $138,900.00 per year with the opportunity for additional compensation pursuant to the company's bonus plan.
