Ridgeline
Ridgeline is seeking a hands-on, strategic BDR Manager to build, scale, and lead our Business Development Representative team through its next phase of growth. As part of our lean but growing GTM Strategy & Operations organization, you'll help lay the groundwork for a best-in-class outbound motion that aligns tightly with Marketing and Sales. This role will shape how we attract, enable, and develop BDRs, using structured coaching, clear processes, and modern tech - including AI tools like ChatGPT and data enrichment platforms. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable leading from the front, optimizing systems, and rolling up their sleeves to experiment and iterate.
