BAE Systems is hiring a Manager of Business Development and Capture Management to support our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business. The Manager will serve as the Business Development Lead for all precision guided munitions and directed energy weapon systems. The role will drive pursuits and capture efforts for new and existing opportunities to mature and expand the portfolio. This position can be based out of Falls Church, VA or Minneapolis, MN. This role will be Hybrid where you will work onsite on average 3 days each week. There will be up to 50% of travel.
