Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a BDR/SDR team responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and distributing prospecting customers to Account Managers and Account Executives.
  • Guide, direct, and coach BDR/SDR reps through the daily sales process.
  • Standardize processes that will affect all sellers to improve the quality of prospects moving from the top of the sales funnel.
  • Help reps reach or exceed their targets for meetings booked and opportunities created.
  • Support SDRs in rolling out prospecting plays.
  • Ensure inbound leads followed up by BDRs within SLA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams of 4 or more.
  • Experience doing outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outlook, Outreach (Preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce Reporting (Preferred).
  • 2+ years of previous SaaS experience.
