About the Role

The Manager, Co-Branded Credit Card Growth & Strategy will help launch, manage, and grow Booking.com's upcoming U.S. co-branded credit card. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale a unique and differentiated credit card for the world's leading provider of online travel services. The person in this role will help drive card growth through the use of insights and analytics, deepen partnerships with the bank issuer and payment network, develop and execute innovative promotional offers and marketing campaigns to drive card acquisition and spend, and oversee the roadmap of future product enhancements. This position will be based in NYC and report to the Head of Co-Branded Credit Card. This role will support Amsterdam-based business teams in activities related to marketing, product initiatives, data analysis, stakeholder management, and product roadmap development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external partners on the delivery of marketing and product initiatives to drive acquisition and spend growth
  • Leverage first-party data, partner data, and category intelligence to develop actionable insights to inform program strategy, product development, new card benefits, customer experience, and marketing
  • Lead performance reporting, analyze progress towards achieving program KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, present updates to stakeholders, and develop executive updates
  • Manage relationships with key external partners, including the bank issuer and card network
  • Provide operational support including budget and forecast reconciliation, invoicing, customer service reporting, and escalation management
  • Continuously evaluate the success of the co-branded credit card, proactively recommending ways to improve value to customers, Booking.com, and the bank partner
  • Define and manage the product roadmap of future features, and project manage the rollout of these initiatives
  • Maintain domain expertise of the co-brand space both inside and outside the OTA/travel industry, benchmarking against competitors and best-in-class brands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of complex program, product, or project management experience, preferably in a global organization
  • Domain experience in Loyalty, Credit Card, Financial Services, or Consulting is preferred
  • Product Management or Partnerships experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of independently leading high-complexity, cross-functional projects from end to end
  • Strong analytical skills, including using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to tell a clear story with data and craft insights-informed recommendations
  • Demonstrates well-developed business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solution-oriented, self-directed, detail-oriented, and resourceful with excellent organizational skills
  • Highly structured, results-driven, intellectually curious, and eager to make an impact
  • Ability to function with minimal direction in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially towards high-level stakeholders
  • Able to influence leadership and drive a sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration and relationship building
  • Ability to work effectively across a global organization with stakeholders across continents and time zones

Nice to Have
