Key Responsibilities

Drive analyses and set strategic goals focused on optimizing and understanding marketing performance, sales effectiveness, client retention, and lifetime customer value.
Build and maintain internal relationships to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and sales to deliver actionable insights that help meet company goals.
Build a deep understanding of the data and business and effectively communicate results and present high-level strategy recommendations to stakeholders and actionable solutions for non-analytical partners including Senior Leadership.
Use data skills including SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentation to obtain insightful analyses on major sales and marketing initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Set, review, and update company marketing and acquisition KPIs that are critical to achieving company and business unit goals.
Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track key metrics.
Work closely with the product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design.
Identify problems, analyze data, and develop solutions to improve marketing performance.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing analytics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and team development.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong project management skills.

Requirements

Master's degree in business or marketing analytics, data science, or a closely related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or data analysis, product marketing, or a closely related area.
Work experience performing in-depth marketing campaign data analysis using SQL, Excel, and Tableau, including creating custom SQL queries and integrating data from Hadoop Hive, Redshift, and Excel.
Experience with web funnel optimization through A/B testing or lead conversion analysis across marketing channels in the debt resolution industry.
Proficiency with Looker (including calculated fields and LookML) and Snowflake to optimize media margin dollars and EBIT performance, estimate clawbacks, and create prediction models in coordination with BI units.

Nice to Have

Experience in the debt resolution industry.
Knowledge of media margin optimization and prediction modeling.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business or marketing analytics, data science, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
