About the Role

Position Summary... Are you a storyteller at heart with the strategic mind of a marketer? We are looking for a Content Manager to create and manage a multi-channel B2B content strategy supporting product marketing and sales enablement for our Seller Delivery Solutions org. This critical position drives the success of Seller Fulfilled Services (SFS), Cross Border, and an expanding portfolio of fulfillment innovations tailored to support our global network of third-party sellers. As the Content Manager, you'll orchestrate content from ideation to execution, shaping narratives that captivate sellers and empower teams across Account Managers, Product, UX, Business Development, Legal, and Marketing. You will articulate our solution's message consistently across all channels, touchpoints, and key moments by developing engaging content that resonates with millions of sellers worldwide. You will oversee all aspects from concept development to implementation, ensuring consistent communication of our brand narrative across various channels and supporting business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of eCommerce fulfillment at Walmart, supporting and enabling a global network of sellers to achieve growth in partnership with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Enablement Content Architect and execute holistic content strategies that bolster product marketing and accelerate sales enablement.
  • Craft compelling, benefit-led messaging across a range of formats such as acquisition campaigns, social posts, blog articles, landing pages, case studies, pitch decks, video scripts, one-pagers, and more.
  • Refine and evolve the tone and voice of Seller, engaging a diverse and growing Marketplace seller audience through consistent, persuasive storytelling.
  • Maintain a centralized, searchable knowledge repository with the latest assets, ensuring accessibility, discoverability, and version control.
  • Centralize and synthesize seller anecdotes and insights to leverage for GTM decisions, product prioritization, and articulating benefits and value proposition.
  • Work closely with international partners from Account Management, Product, UX, Creative, Central Marketing, and Seller Growth teams to maintain consistent messaging and uphold brand standards.
  • Manage and streamline the content review process, engaging Legal and Global Comms teams to uphold compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Manage several high-impact content initiatives simultaneously by adhering to deadlines, ensuring consistent quality, and adjusting effectively as priorities shift.
  • Oversee the content calendar, production roadmap, and delivery workflows to maintain clear communication and consistent progress across functions.
  • Establish and manage a streamlined content intake process for Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and key stakeholders, enabling efficient and timely content creation.

Requirements

  • A strategic content professional who blends creativity with structure, storytelling with strategy.
  • Adept at navigating complexity, balancing brand integrity, compliance needs, and business goals in one seamless narrative.
  • Curious, collaborative, and passionate about scaling best-in-class content in service of both sellers and internal teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience in multi-channel content development for product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience with international matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B (or B2B2C) industry content development.

Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
