About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enablement strategy aligned with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Create and manage training programs for new and existing sales hires, focusing on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Curate, create, and maintain a library of high-impact sales content such as playbooks, talk tracks, and battlecards, ensuring easy access to enablement platforms and CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and ensure consistent execution across the sales cycle.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators like time-to-ramp, quota attainment, and win/loss rates to refine enablement efforts.
  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure organizational alignment and support.
  • Oversee the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies, including CRM systems, content management platforms, and sales engagement platforms.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, sales, or related fields, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger), buyer journeys, and market trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, relationship-building, influencing stakeholders, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce), content management systems (e.g., Highspot), learning management systems (e.g., Lessonly), and other sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in developing sales enablement tools, content, and supporting tactics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and deliver on commitments.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in sales methodologies or training programs.
  • Experience in the consumer products, food, or ingredients space.
  • Experience leading cross-regional projects and delivering customized presentations and content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with an MBA or graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales enablement, or sales training.
