Job Description

About the Role

The Manager, US Marketing (Downstream) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Cardiovascular - Arterial GBU. The role aims to increase market share, drive sales, and maintain a strong brand image by planning campaigns, analyzing market data, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This position involves working closely with sales, medical affairs, medical education, operations, and R&D teams, as well as supporting company-sponsored events and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compelling marketing content to protect and enhance CV-A's brand identity across all communication channels
  • Design and launch marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.) and effectively manage advertising and promotional processes (PSST)
  • Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics such as ROI and conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends; analyze feedback to inform marketing decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, medical education, operations, and R&D to align marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with the field marketing manager to execute trade show events, global sales meetings, CVSF, regional meetings, and sales training activities
  • Attend and support company-sponsored events such as trade shows, sales meetings, and regional meetings
  • Host monthly Field Advisory Board meetings to gain commercial insights and refine marketing strategies
  • Support financial reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews, showcasing sales results and KPIs
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams and ELT
  • Leverage marketing insights and data to forecast future product demand and collaborate with sales and operations to optimize inventory and sales strategies
  • Partner with the Cardiovascular-Venous team to promote the CV portfolio
  • Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality system processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales/marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well within a team and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven project management skills and highly developed communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Comfortable challenging current thinking and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
