You will be part of our Social, Healthcare & Public Entity (SHaPE) practice team in our DC location, supporting social, health, and public sector clients to drive impact. The role involves creating high-impact deliverables based on thorough research and analysis, supporting client-service teams, and providing strategic recommendations to strengthen positioning and identify opportunities. You will work with diverse colleagues across 65+ countries, utilizing business intelligence tools, and delivering insights that influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-impact deliverables for internal stakeholders based on thorough research and analysis.
Address high-priority strategic opportunities by delivering high-quality outputs, including robust data, insightful analyses, and actionable recommendations.
Support Client-Service Teams by conducting white- and grey-space analyses, identifying potential opportunities, and performing budget and legislative tear-downs in collaboration with service line leaders, Client-Service Teams, and federal partners.
Conduct market sensing, competitive and market intelligence gathering, and provide recommendations to strengthen positioning and shape opportunities.
Research extensively to collect data on competitors, industry trends, and the broader consulting landscape.
Utilize business intelligence tools and software for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic guidance.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills.
Industry knowledge of the US Federal sector; government experience preferred.
Ability to clearly describe analytic processes and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Curiosity and drive to explore, analyze, and continuously improve analytics and knowledge gathering processes.
High personal integrity with the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
Positive and supportive team contributor.
Experience in qualitative analyses and unstructured data.
