Key Responsibilities

  • Support our centers in NJ, DE & MD, with the individual residing in NJ.
  • Drive the strategic direction and growth of the business through market coverage expansion, partnership building, and optimizing referral management.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, fostering valuable partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring seamless integration of business development strategies across multiple regions.
  • Lead and mentor internal and external business development teams, coaching them on effective sales techniques and promoting a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Work closely with regional leaders, patient navigation teams, and post-acute care teams to ensure seamless coordination across functions and markets.
  • Drive cross-market initiatives to address challenges and improve the referral and admission process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient referral management, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of team responses to referrals.
  • Enhance the timeliness and accuracy of communication with partners to improve response rates and overall efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market coverage by developing comprehensive strategies to target new hospitals and facilities.
  • Prioritize key markets and build tailored initiatives that support long-term growth objectives.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Managed Plans, Accountable Care Organizations, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration, enhance service offerings, and secure favorable contract terms.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree required.
  • Five to 7 years' experience in the healthcare industry required.
  • Willingness to travel to support market initiatives and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
