Marketing BBA Internship - Summer 2026

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a robust marketing project with real business needs to support the success and growth of SC Johnson brands.
• Learn how teams develop brand strategies that drive both annual and long-term objectives of global brands.
• Analyze data to understand consumer and shopper motivations, beliefs, and behaviors to develop marketing plans.
• Explore data to identify root causes and translate findings into actionable business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies, enhancing partnership and team management skills.
• Work with agency partners and leverage multi-channel communication assets to execute campaigns that build brand equity.
• Learn financial management skills including Profit & Loss (P&L), return on investment (ROI), and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Enrolled in and seeking a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field with a graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to complete the internship from May 18, 2026 through August 7, 2026.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrates learning agility, project management skills, independent thinking, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
