MARKETING BRAND MANAGER

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans
• Develop and maintain brand standards and style guides
• Assist in the creation of sales materials (sale sheets, customer decks, company presentations, flyers, etc.) centered on fact-based selling strategies and program attributes
• Manage development, requests, inventories and shipments of branded promotional items, point-of-sale materials, etc.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer marketing promotion and incentive programs
• Provide creative input and execute packaging projects (labels, pre-printed bags, boxes, etc.)
• Maintain consumer affairs website, email, phone correspondence and coupon programs
• Manage daily communications and activities with agencies
• Support the business unit internet and e-commerce presence through providing relevant and meaningful content and attributes
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D to develop new products and platforms
• Support sales and customer collaboration through general requests, special projects, and customer visits
• Assist in training the sales force on new products, marketing programs and industry issues
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events (trade shows, customer events, internal company activities)
• Process marketing invoices, track spending and help implement the marketing budget
• Travel 10-15% annually
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or related field
• 2 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Experience in agency relations and management
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to travel as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or related field
• 2 years of experience in marketing or related field
