About the Role

The Marketing Brand Specialist, Upright Deep Cleaners plays a significant role in the development and implementation for production innovation and marketing strategy for both new and existing products in the Upright Deep Cleaner category. The role involves supporting global product launches, leading minor projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product and marketing success. The specialist reports to the Sr. Brand Manager and assists with select projects or leads them as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Global Product launches
  • Serve as the Voice of the Consumer on cross-functional and Global product development (GPD) teams
  • Actively participate in GPD teams, including leading minor GPD or MR projects, completing GPD deliverables, and supporting timelines
  • Structure new products and derivatives in the BISSELL systems and update and maintain product and claims matrices
  • Lead packaging and user guide execution (art direction, photography direction, copy development and claims process), partnering with outside and inside team members/agencies
  • Manage request and tracking of prototype and finished samples
  • Develop, update, and lead execution of go-to-market materials (packaging, user guides, point of purchase material, nonworking display, product videos, a+ content, demo content, etc.), partnering with outside and inside team members/agencies and managing timelines
  • Lead Monthly Business Reporting and support the Annual Business Review and Marketing Plan development
  • Support customer meetings by participating in sales presentation development, presenting, and leading product demonstrations
  • Perform data analysis and measurement to understand the consumer, competitors, market, and business, and make strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing
  • Ability to support global product launches and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and perform strategic analysis

Nice to Have

  • Preferred experience in digital marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
