  • Equip the sales organization with powerful go-to-market tools, trend insights, concept portfolios, and tailored presentations that accelerate pipeline development and commercial conversion.
  • Build a deep understanding of consumer trends, emerging beverage formats, competitor strategies, and white space opportunities to inform strategic planning and external positioning.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Applications, and Technology teams to develop 'collections' of taste-forward, trend-aligned beverage concepts that resonate in-market and reflect Kerry's full capabilities.
  • Lead alignment across marketing, sales, R&D, insights, and communications to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
  • Brief central marketing partners on campaigns that showcase Kerry's leadership in flavor, aligned with the beverage strategy and portfolio collections.
  • Coach and develop a team of high-performing marketers; foster a culture of curiosity, agility, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of creating a strategic vision, driving commercial execution against the vision and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Strong people leader with experience managing, developing, and motivating high-performance teams.
  • Highly collaborative, with demonstrated success leading within matrixed organizations.
  • Dynamic presenter and storyteller with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
