About the Role

PNC's Marketing organization is redefining great marketing and serving as an innovative growth engine. The team is expanding to support the Brilliantly Boring brand platform, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand messaging. They seek a motivated and experienced Brand Marketing professional to help shape brand vision and execute ambitious national growth initiatives. The role involves supporting creative campaigns, brand education, change management, and ensuring customer-centric creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead brand consult for creative execution across lines of business, channels, and departments, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality.
  • Support and administer ongoing brand education, identifying messaging and guideline gaps.
  • Oversee brand change management and deliver brand-related communications internally.
  • Identify and foster brand and creative strategy learning opportunities, scaling understanding across product and experience offerings.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach in all creative executions, rooted in insights and tied to marketing strategy.
  • Manage the enterprise promotional item strategy to ensure contextual relevance of the brand.
  • Stay informed on brand measurement strategies and market dynamics to identify timely brand messaging opportunities.
  • Lead development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for products or initiatives.
  • Support development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, value propositions, and target segments.
  • Translate business outcomes into marketing strategies and execute complex programs including advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Influence and coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and agency partners.
  • Act as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development.
  • Ensure business programs and customer expectations are met through decision-making and leadership.

  • 8-10+ years of consumer marketing experience with direct experience in shaping creative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative development and production experience, including working with internal and external agency partners.
  • Advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
