About the Role

The Brand Marketing Manager, KOHLER Kitchen & Bath North America, is responsible for developing and executing Omni Channel Consumer Focused integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves leading campaigns and new product launches to increase penetration of Kohler Brand products across all channels of distribution and secondary markets. The position requires evaluating, prioritizing, and aligning strategies, timing, and creative messaging to ensure a cohesive brand strategy across all touch points, while leading cross-functional campaign teams to achieve program, brand, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omni-channel consumer-focused integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand penetration and support new product launches.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign teams to deliver program, brand, and business objectives.
  • Prepare annual marketing presentations outlining brand strategy and opportunities, and deliver engaging presentations to top clients.
  • Evaluate competitor promotions and programs, and inform business teams of marketplace activities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Category, Channel, and Strategy teams to build go-to-market strategies for new launches and core businesses.
  • Develop marketing assets rooted in consumer insights and research for all channels.
  • Partner with Media Team to align content with platforms, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Lead product launches and campaigns by providing clear direction via business/creative briefs.
  • Develop content for consumer events (live and virtual) and create omni-channel visual asset packages.
  • Consult on communication tools for product training for Kohler and distributor sales associates.
  • Manage campaign budgets to meet financial objectives and support communication budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the success and impact of programs, communicating results and next steps to management.
  • Lead a collaborative cross-functional team, building trust and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 6 years of marketing or brand management experience in consumer goods, home, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in classical brand management, including NPD, media management, creative/content briefing, performance marketing, brand strategy, GTM, campaigns, and programming.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop innovative strategies.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% for trade shows, customer visits, and training.

  • Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant marketing or brand management experience.
