About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership of Marketing activities for the differentiated market teams, including sales, R&T market development, and product marketing.
• Consolidate market and customer research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis to develop tailored marketing strategies for target markets.
• Identify and explore growth opportunities in specific markets for existing or new adjacent products and derivatives across all geographies.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Sales to align product initiatives with business objectives, including the integration of new products/applications.
• Support contract negotiation preparations from a market-specific perspective.
• Develop differentiated pricing strategies to enhance market focus in coordination with Product Managers.
• Coordinate marketing communications and branding strategies, including conference presence, brochures, and digital presence.
• Manage sales force training needs tailored to specific differentiated markets.

Requirements

• University Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
• 12+ years relevant experience with at least 2 years in Product Management, Marketing, or Market Development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Solid commercial, marketing, and basic technical knowledge in the chemical industry.
• Proven knowledge of the related industry and markets.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Market Development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; proactive and results-oriented.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
