About the Role

The Mid-Market Business Development Representative Manager will lead a team of Business Development Representatives to drive revenue growth through sales pipeline development and performance management. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development, this hybrid role is based in Denver, CO, and involves collaborating with various internal teams to achieve sales goals within a SaaS environment. The position emphasizes inspiring team members, translating sales strategies into actionable steps, and fostering a positive team culture at Autodesk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6-10 Business Development Representatives.
  • Increase revenue by managing plans and sales performance for the Business Development organization, guiding teams to identify new sales pipeline and net-new revenue.
  • Lead the activities of a team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture, and performance management in a SaaS, ARR, or MRR revenue environment.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Marketing, Demand Generation, and Channel partners.
  • Direct a team using SMART plans to achieve corporate goals.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement strategies for improvement in sales productivity.
  • Report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and quarterly performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Inside Sales Management experience (people management) or equivalent sales experience.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in inside-sales.
  • Ability to translate sales strategy into concrete, relevant steps.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across internal teams.
  • Based in the Denver, CO area.

  • Experience creating detailed demos tailored to customers' pain points.
