About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to collaborate with the account team on project ownership to help win more sales for Pella Corporation's National Account Partners. The role involves leveraging data, conducting research, and supporting sales process improvements within a dynamic, innovative company that values diversity, continuous learning, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the account team on project ownership to increase sales for National Account Partners.
  • Leverage, understand, and interpret data within specific CRM and Microsoft Software platforms.
  • Use data and customer feedback to work with the sales team on selling process improvements.
  • Conduct weekly presentations with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to report on project updates and findings.
  • Perform needs assessments, customer and representative interviews, consumer research, data analytics, sales reporting, and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage projects from conception through implementation.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Experience with team leadership and teamwork, especially outside the classroom.
  • Ability to use software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and others.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills for small and large groups.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Experience managing projects from conception through implementation.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-based work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis and project management is implied.
  • Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
