About the Role

The National Business Director (NBD) at Amplity Health is responsible for the strategy, performance, and financial success of the program. The role involves collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, leading a team of sales managers and representatives, and supporting client program goals. This is a second line leadership position that ensures program metrics, employee performance, and compliance standards are met or exceeded. Amplity is a full-service partner of biopharma companies, delivering medical and commercial services to improve patient outcomes through strategic partnerships and therapeutic expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve and/or exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue.
Create and manage budgets for sales initiatives and provide ongoing reporting and analysis to the executive team.
Create and implement strategically sound business plans and tactical strategies to achieve client and corporate goals.
Communicate team objectives to promote teamwork and shared goals among team members.
Plan and facilitate required meetings effectively.
Evaluate employee territory performance and monitor productivity, metrics, workload, and output, ensuring compliance and addressing issues through corrective actions.
Ensure all candidate interviews and hired employees are managed in an EEO compliant manner.
Maintain required technical and product expertise, including competitive knowledge.
Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines, including privacy and data regulations.
Complete all required client and product training successfully.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience.
At least 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience on a regional or national level, with 5+ years preferred.
Proven leadership skills with success in inspiring and motivating sales teams.
Strong strategic, analytical, and data analysis skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and negotiation.
Experience developing and managing budgets for sales teams.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Valid US driver's license with a safe driving record.
Willingness to travel nationally.
Residence near a major airport.
