About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into final products.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients at various organizational levels.
• A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Have

• Experience in signage, printing, construction, or related industries.
