About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in scaling the paid search program for auto insurance.
• Develop and execute a testing roadmap for new paid search rollouts.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop creative briefs.
• Analyze marketing data and communicate findings to the marketing team.
• Monitor daily program KPIs and account performance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in managing campaigns and ad copy development.
• Understanding of performance optimization best practices.
• Ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance using data tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
