Paid Social Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Manage day-to-day campaign builds, optimizations, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
• Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate the ad creatives based on performance insight
• Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and report on key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV
• Identify and scale new audiences, channels, and ad formats to improve efficiency and drive growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the SEM, CRM, and Brand teams to align marketing strategy with business goals
• Own paid social budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation based on performance
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, ad platforms, audience targeting, and trend forecasting
• Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
• Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with creative, SEM, CRM, and Brand teams
• Ability to manage budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation based on performance
