Paid Social Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Aura's target audiences, spearheading full-funnel paid media campaign strategies that attract and retain customers.
• Operate with an audience-oriented approach: align campaigns with target audiences, improving credibility, user experience, interaction rate, and conversion rates.
• Make strategy recommendations for content, creative, landing pages, and remarketing tactics in collaboration with web and creative teams.
• Utilize platform analytics, large datasets, and other reporting tools to understand campaign performance, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
• Summarize findings for team and executive leadership.
• Continuously test and improve campaigns based on insights from experiments to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and user experience.
• Deliver updates and data in an effective and concise manner, maintaining organization and proactivity.
• Execute experiments and campaign builds in an organized fashion for transparency and collaborative understanding of results.
• Balance daily workload considering personal and team bandwidth and task priorities.
• Collaborate on creating and measuring monthly lead targets and quarterly OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years experience in performance marketing with experience in paid search and social.
• Proven track record of managing and executing successful SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across SEM and Paid Social.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

• Demonstrated success in product launches and campaigns.

• Educational background in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
