As a Partner Executive, you will lead strategic relationships with the world's largest enterprises, driving joint value creation through co-developed offerings, go-to-market execution, and revenue acceleration. You will define and implement partnership strategies that align with global business objectives, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and services teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute partnership vision, growth strategies, and joint business plans in alignment with global GTM leadership.
  • Lead the creation of joint solutions and orchestrate integrated go-to-market motions to drive adoption and market impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, deepening strategic relationships and expanding business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums, positioning the company as an innovation leader.
  • Set and manage business objectives, sales targets, and pipeline development.
  • Lead opportunity reviews, territory planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing team.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across functions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales leadership, managing complex global alliances.
  • Proven success in the communications sector, with a focus on systems integration and managed services.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deep business acumen and a track record of delivering measurable growth.
