Job Description

About the Role

The Uber Advertising team is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our Advertising Sales team. As a Partner Manager, you will lead the Account Management strategy and execution for a portfolio of Health & Personal Care brands, building strong partnerships and collaborating with Client Partners to drive the adoption of Uber's advertising solutions across Mobility and Delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key Health & Personal Care advertisers, engaging with all stakeholders, including brand teams and agencies.
  • Own the end-to-end account management process, from campaign execution, optimization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners to identify opportunities for growth and drive the adoption of innovative ad solutions.
  • Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business goals through tailored ad solutions.
  • Communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Help build best practice playbooks across the Ads team to drive adoption for partners at scale.
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and challenging partner conversations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with/for CPG companies.
  • Prior experience with Pharma brands and/or media agency.
  • Strong track record in building and maintaining relationships with Brand, E-comm and Digital Advertising Managers as well as agency partners.
  • Experience executing advertising campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on optimizing performance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A results-driven, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
