Key Responsibilities

  • Defines core solutions and services and leads the creation of content and resources needed to market and sell solutions globally.
  • Develops, executes, and measures go-to-market plans with the sales organization and partner ecosystem.
  • Leads end-to-end go-to-market planning, execution, and performance for a strategic ecosystem partner and product marketing.
  • Manages market development funds and resources to support execution activities.
  • Drives the execution of the go-to-market plan to achieve quarterly outcomes.
  • Manages content and messaging development for priority plays for strategic partner offerings.
  • Provides quarterly marketing outcomes updates to the business.
  • Aligns with events teams to include partner product offerings and messaging at priority events.
  • Advocates for partnership across IBM Marketing and Sales.
  • Collaborates with GEO marketing leads to share partnership messaging, content, and align on local marketing strategies.
  • Engages business partners in launches, events, and awards.
  • Identifies and assists in building client stories to promote externally.
  • Targets multiple audiences within the offerings, including internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing background, partner/product marketing, relationship management, or similar experience.
  • Apply effective process management and change management.
  • Analytical competence and data-driven decision making competence.
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies to drive influence.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation applications.
  • Writing and presentation skills.
  • Apply innovative thinking and decision making.
  • Organization skills and good attention to detail.
  • Agile and client-centric attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Previous marketing and market-specific background.
  • Previous experience with Routes to Market (RTM), Strategic Partnership Marketing, and Product Marketing.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and performance management.
  • Ability to analyze pipeline and performance information and suggest corrective actions.
