The Performance Digital Marketing Director is a results-driven strategist and executor responsible for generating measurable revenue and increasing ticket sales through the execution of data-informed digital campaigns. This role owns all digital performance channels—including paid media, email marketing, and website optimization—with a laser focus on ROI, audience conversion, and offer effectiveness. The position is integral to maximizing the Symphony's digital revenue pipeline and strengthening the customer journey from first click to purchase. Lead performance digital marketing for Pacific Symphony's Symphony Pass subscription product. Pacific Symphony is the largest orchestra formed in the United States in the past 50 years, known for its adventurous programming, community engagement, and artistic growth.
