About the Role

The Portland and Vancouver B2B Outside Sales Manager at Stronger Together LLC is responsible for selling eco-friendly, durable floor coating solutions to residential homeowners and businesses in construction-related fields within the SW Washington and Greater Portland areas. The role involves identifying potential customers, nurturing relationships, and closing sales, with a focus on building long-term client connections and promoting sustainable home improvement products. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate relationships that result in leads and sales by identifying and contacting potential residential and commercial customers using provided leads and self-generated opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with homeowners, contractors, realtors, homebuilders, and other business clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Close sales by explaining product benefits, addressing customer concerns, and offering tailored solutions that emphasize the durability, eco-friendliness, and long-term advantages of the products.
  • Track sales activities by maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, follow-up calls, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in home improvement or construction-related industries.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly present product benefits and address customer concerns.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Hunter mentality with a drive to find new opportunities and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Resilience and persistence in reaching sales targets despite challenges.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize leads and maximize productivity.
  • Familiarity with residential and commercial construction industries is a plus, but training will be provided.

Qualifications
