About the Role

Ladenburg Thalmann is seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset. You will be responsible for executing strategies that increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support lead generation efforts across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage paid search and display advertising campaigns
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize results and return on investment
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to align ad messaging with business goals
Create detailed performance reports and present actionable insights
Identify opportunities for growth through new platforms and ad types
Maintain compliance with industry standards and platform policies

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar)
Proven track record of optimizing ad spend and increasing ROI
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related digital advertising tools
Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and performance reporting
Familiarity with conversion tracking, tag management, and retargeting strategies
Experience with landing page optimization and campaign funnel strategy
Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and meet campaign objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
