About the Role

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. The position involves driving incremental business on Google's tech platform by partnering with customers and agencies, leveraging executive influencing skills to upsell Google's enterprise solutions, and empowering clients to explore and reach new heights in an AI-driven world. The team focuses on building trusted relationships, uncovering business needs, and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve ambitious goals. The role contributes to shaping the future of advertising in the AI-era and making a real impact on millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and drive goals for Google Customer Solutions, executing business strategies to grow Google Marketing Platform business through adoption and usage of the GMP products: CM360, SA360 and DV360.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key executive stakeholders at marketer clients, agencies, and partners, acting as their trusted advisor and building C-suite relationships to effectively communicate technical information and proactively identify and address client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our ad tech platform, providing consultative guidance to marketers and their partners on how to effectively leverage our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Google Marketing Platform Certified Partners and the Google Technical Professional Services team to oversee successful product implementation and seamless execution of client projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience in Advertising, AdTech, or Ad Platforms.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience with tech sales or ad sales.

Nice to Have

  • MBA, Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in managing and upselling digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform, in particular DV360.
  • Knowledge of traditional vs. online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
