As Global Brand Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping UKG's external brand perception, competitive positioning, and market evaluation strategies to drive awareness and familiarity in the global marketplaces our customers thrive in. You will own research & development of an active brand strategy, our brand health success & measurement, and identifying opportunities to strengthen our competitive advantage. Working in close partnership with the Brand Manager, you will define the strategic roadmap for UKG's brand presence—setting the direction for the global and regional brand needs to increase recognition, differentiate UKG in competitive landscapes, and drive meaningful engagement. While this role is strongly externally focused, you will also guide and support internal brand advocacy with the recognition that for a brand to stand out in the world, every employee must stand strong in their belief as active brand advocates. You will be a critical thinker, data-driven strategist, and brand steward, ensuring UKG's brand evolves with industry trends, market needs, and customer expectations.
