The Opportunity Adobe is reimagining digital drawing for a new generation of users and devices. This is an outstanding opportunity to join us as the Principal Product Manager for Adobe Fresco. You'll be at the forefront of setting the strategic roadmap for one of the most innovative digital illustration apps in the market. Collaborating with a world-class team, you'll help define and successfully implement features that drive growth and user engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop the 12 - 36 month roadmap for Adobe Fresco and outline the strategic plan for the next three years
- Design, build, test, and launch features to drive significant growth in Fresco's user base
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize your roadmap
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to implement your strategic plans
- Evangelize Fresco at conferences, with partners, and on social media
Requirements
- Proven analytical abilities paired with the capacity to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to define requirements for features through data analysis and customer interviews
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to drive consensus and progress
- Strong problem-solving skills to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences
- Desire to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve outstanding results
- 5 - 8 years of experience in product management, with an MBA (preferred) or equivalent business experience
- Experience building mobile apps and familiarity with agile, lean, and/or scrum methodologies
- Experience mentoring or managing other product managers and a passion for drawing and painting in any medium is a plus

Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in product management
- MBA or equivalent business experience (preferred)
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary range of $145,100 -- $273,200 annually, varies by location and experience
- Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award
- Additional incentives such as sales commissions or annual incentives depending on role
