Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of product positioning, messaging, enablement, and go-to-market programs.
  • Own the entire product marketing lifecycle, including launch planning, persona development, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with both commercial and federal buyers.
  • Build and execute a scalable product marketing roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Growth teams.
  • Ensure revenue teams are equipped with the necessary tools, content, training, and confidence to differentiate LILT and close business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise tech company.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting federal go-to-market strategies, including messaging for public sector buyers, procurement cycles, and compliance positioning (e.g., FedRAMP).
  • Strong content development skills, including creating solution briefs, product videos, case studies, whitepapers, and web copy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts and telling compelling product stories.

  • Experience in industry engagement, representing the brand in online communities, industry events, and digital channels.
  • Experience supporting event marketing, including messaging, content, collateral creation, and sales readiness for conferences and executive briefings.
