Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to market Amphenol's next-generation power products within the Datacom Market, including Rack & Power, Storage, Servers, and Networks, targeting OEM/ODMs.
• Promote the Power Solutions portfolio to help global sales teams understand the positioning, benefits, and target customers.
• Collaborate with global sales teams to identify requirements and market trends to facilitate new design wins.
• Maximize share at key accounts by coordinating pricing and market strategy with sales.
• Drive the new business opportunity funnel, aligning sales and the business unit on strategies and actions to win opportunities.
• Develop sales and marketing tools as needed.
• Prepare and support monthly and quarterly revenue projections, forecast analysis, and book-to-ship estimates.
• Serve as liaison between customer requests and internal functions such as Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Quality.
• Engage actively with customer commodity and engineering teams daily.
• Work cross-functionally to identify product and solution gaps and define market requirements.
• Manage project timelines, product roadmaps, and technical deliverables.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for customer visits, field engagements, trainings, and factory visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates fluent in Mandarin are a plus.
• 4+ years of product management, sales, or technical business development experience, preferably in electronics or related markets.
• Technical knowledge of the interconnect industry and/or familiarity with datacenter architecture, AI computing, server/storage hardware.
• Exceptional organization, creativity, adaptability, and strong project management skills.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, GANTT charts).
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Nice to Have

• Experience with electronics product lines in related markets.
• Familiarity with datacenter architecture, AI computing, server/storage hardware.
• Bilingual in Mandarin.
