About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager is a results-driven marketing leader responsible for spearheading demand generation initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and enhance market visibility for healthcare technology solutions, including product and partner-aligned efforts. The role involves translating product value into compelling market engagement through targeted campaigns, strategic messaging, and content tailored to healthcare decision-makers and influencers. The position requires collaboration across functions such as product, sales, and partners to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive demand generation initiatives through multi-channel campaigns including email, webinars, social media, paid advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Lead the development of campaign content such as value propositions, briefs, emails, landing pages, ads, and nurture programs aligned with buyer personas and journey stages.
  • Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and continuous testing.
  • Partner with sales enablement teams to deliver follow-up tools that improve lead conversion and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with product and clinical subject matter experts to ensure messaging accurately reflects solution value.
  • Support event marketing efforts by creating compelling booth themes, messaging, and engagement assets.
  • Differentiate offerings through effective campaign messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objectives of the position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional environment, including customer service, B2B, Healthcare IT, software, or client success.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or coordinating programs or projects.
  • Proven experience marketing healthcare workflows and solutions with a strong understanding of buyer personas, sales alignment, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technologies, workflows, complex health IT solutions, sales strategies, Salesforce, SalesLoft, CRM and marketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze market trends and buyer behavior.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), organization, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Qualifications
