Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
Create and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.
Support new product launches and point releases of existing products; manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan and report on the success of the campaign.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Solution Consultants to determine product marketing needs.
Identify, create, review, and edit content for various channels including emails, product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, presentations with minimal editing to publish.
Ensure execution of sales enablement programs including buyer experience content and training sessions.
Ability to qualify a prospect or customer during a call or at a trade show, discuss the elevator pitch for our solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
4-7 years in B2B marketing or equivalent education.
Working toward functionally related certifications or advanced degrees.
Previous experience in the HR tech industry is a plus.
