About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting various lines of products across the business by working closely with different functional areas to manage product design and marketing programs. The role involves developing marketing communications, product collateral, and web content, considering product gaps, industry trends, and key needs. The position requires analyzing market data, developing strategies, and managing ongoing product issues, with a focus on financial services and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage product design and marketing programs to achieve business goals.
  • Develop marketing communications, product collateral, and web content in collaboration with centralized marketing.
  • Identify product gaps, industry trends, and key needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop business requirements and recommendations using analytics and competitive intelligence.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies and plans to support growth.
  • Manage ongoing product issues and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with internal and external Agency Partners and oversee creative development of marketing communications.
  • Report on marketing progress and share program results, learnings, and implications with partners and colleagues.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Marketing campaign execution experience across digital and print channels.
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing interactions with agency partners and overseeing creative development.
  • Ability to report on marketing progress and communicate results effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for marketing communications.
  • Must be optimistic, results-oriented, curious, innovative, and adaptable.
  • Enjoys taking ownership of projects and working independently.
  • Some experience with data analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working at our client's, familiar with compliance, DDC, publishing, creative processes.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Tableau.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-10 years' experience
