About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product teams to define and validate product market fit, market sizing, and the business case for product launches and sales strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to drive cross-functional, cross-channel sales efforts aligned with product initiatives.
  • Own market and opportunity sizing, product positioning, and messaging to increase customer acquisition and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Content teams to develop marketing assets and content supporting product awareness and engagement goals.
  • Partner with the data team to analyze product usage and adoption, identify opportunities, and recommend product and rollout strategies.
  • Understand market and competitor trends and develop marketing strategies to increase market presence and penetration.
  • Build positive relationships across the organization and drive cross-functional team projects.
  • Present strategy and results of major initiatives to senior-level business partners.

Requirements

  • A balance of creative instincts and analytic orientation.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Highly efficient at data analysis to assess market opportunity, SAM, and make pricing recommendations.
  • Minimum 3 years of Product Marketing Management experience, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to set goals, measure results, and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Efficient multi-tasker capable of thriving in a fast-growth, evolving start-up environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Strong interest in hospitality and helping small businesses grow.
  • Experience with SMB marketing and restaurant industry is a plus.
