Key Responsibilities

  • Build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams across Product and Marketing to drive adoption of new products, and make recommendations to optimize growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to craft relevant, benefit-based messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate the brand and resonate with consumers.
  • Champion customer needs to influence product roadmaps, provide insights, and share expertise with stakeholders.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and feature releases to ensure launch readiness and stakeholder alignment.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits, performance metrics, and vision for Transport products to gain buy-in from organizational leaders.
  • Bring industry best practices to the team and advocate for clarity, simplicity, and accountability in product marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product, or brand marketing in a B2C organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading go-to-market efforts for products.
  • Experience managing and leading large-scale, global product marketing projects.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research to capture insights and assess market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft impactful narratives and compelling messages.

  • Experience in the travel industry or with transport-related products.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the product space related to flights, car rentals, or travel services.
