About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager- Developers at Moveworks will be at the forefront of defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for the Agent Studio and developer products. This role involves launching new features, enabling field teams, and contributing to the growth, retention, and engagement of the AI Agent Marketplace, ultimately positioning Moveworks as a leader in empowering developers and businesses to build and scale advanced AI agents. The role requires a collaborative, fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Translate market insights, developer trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies for Agent Studio and developer products.
Continuously gather and synthesize insights from prospect meetings, customer interviews, and sales data to improve messaging, sales processes, and product capabilities.
Become an expert in customer buying decisions, competitors, partners, and the evolving landscape through ongoing research.
Develop and execute strategies focused on growing the AI Agent Marketplace, including quality, retention, and promotion strategies for both business stakeholders and developer personas.
Orchestrate impactful product and feature launches for Agent Studio and developer offerings, working closely with Product, Sales, GTM Enablement, and Customer Success teams.
Work with Growth teams to execute campaigns across the marketing funnel to drive awareness and demand for Agent Studio.
Develop compelling collateral such as white papers, case studies, blogs, website copy, and enablement materials tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Help scale developer-focused events and engagement initiatives, collaborating with Developer Advocates to build community, drive adoption, and gather insights.
Represent Moveworks at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events as a product evangelist.

Requirements

5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a product marketing role for a B2B SaaS company.
Experience working with Developers or on products for technical personas.
Ability to understand technical product features, functionalities, and underlying technologies, and translate them into clear messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience owning products and features, and driving impactful launches in fast-paced startup environments.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and solve complex problems.
Insatiable curiosity and passion for understanding customers, new technologies, and the developer experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, storytelling, creativity, resourcefulness, and operational discipline.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with developer ecosystems and community building.
Experience with marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Familiarity with AI, automation, or related technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
