The role involves bringing Salesforce's Customer Success and Professional Services story to life through various channels and events, especially during major company moments like Dreamforce and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evangelize our narrative across key channels: Shape and evolve the Customer Success and Professional Services story to reflect new innovations, customer outcomes, and thought leadership.
  • Channel execution: Activate messaging across analyst relations, events, and webinars, ensuring alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Drive high-quality content: Develop and manage polished content for high-impact moments, including event session slides, speaker briefs, webinars, and session abstracts.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, analyst relations, and communications teams to align messaging and execution.
  • Engage with executives: Support senior leaders with compelling messaging and materials that elevate the story and position Salesforce as a leader in Customer Success.
  • Operate with speed: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where agility, creativity, and precision are key.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, program management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in technology or services.
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills; able to distill complexity into crisp, compelling content.
  • Experience in executive communications and building narratives for senior audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, deadlines, and consistency.
  • Positive, creative, and can-do mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Agency management experience is a plus.
