About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Project Manager, in this role, you will apply your leadership and technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Design, Application development/maintenance and Testing. You will play an important role in associating with the key stakeholders of the project, understanding the client requirements, prepare a detailed design document, deliver high quality code for a module, validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, warranty and Project Management. Key Responsibilities

Apply leadership and technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Design, Application development/maintenance and Testing.
Associate with key stakeholders of the project and understand client requirements.
Prepare detailed design documents and deliver high quality code for modules.
Conduct validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
Support project management activities and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in Agile methodology.
PMP or CSM / SAFe certifications.
Agile Coach experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in Agile, Java, cloud technologies.
Experience in handling Project Management Activities with Client.
Experience in interacting with downstream/upstream teams for Web Application, understanding Swaggers.
Hands-on experience of Code Quality and Code Security using SonarQube.
Experience in handling teams at Onshore, Offshore and with Client stakeholders.
Experience in interacting with Business Stakeholders to convert requirements into Jira Stories.
Experience in conducting Agile ceremonies like Refinements, Sprint Planning, and guiding teams on estimations.
Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis.
Experience with Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes, Rancher, Redis Cache.
Good Business Analysis, Problem-Solving Skills, and Critical Thinking skills.
Good Communication Skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
Seven or more years of experience in Information Technology.
