Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative, integrated campaigns to reach key public sector personas throughout the buyer's journey, including both cross-sell and upsell opportunities within current Public Sector customers.
  • Turn Public Sector expansion goals and objectives into scalable, actionable integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Quarterback across the entire marketing team (digital, field, product marketing, web, marketing ops, enablement, PR, online, email, database, etc.) to ensure high-quality and timely campaign development and execution tailored for the Public Sector.
  • Manage and own the Public Sector campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to ensure campaigns can be leveraged by ISV and Channel partners relevant to government and education markets.
  • Coordinate with field marketing to ensure Public Sector sales are prepared for campaign launches by providing enablement and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Public Sector sales and leadership, to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and progress.
  • Schedule campaign implementation to ensure timely loading and appropriate contact management strategies for government and education audiences.
  • Research new vendor and program opportunities that generate leads at target CPLs, focusing on Public Sector-specific channels and events.
  • Implement testing methodologies (A/B) to continually improve Public Sector initiatives, optimizing engagement and conversion within government agencies and educational institutions.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance, and marketing spend effectiveness within the Public Sector segment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) demand generation.
  • Experience managing ROI-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at Public Sector customers and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and a proven track record of owning Public Sector customer campaigns and driving success.
  • Knowledge of database marketing initiatives and practices specific to Public Sector data and compliance.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills tailored for Public Sector audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce; Marketo and Tableau are a plus.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
