About the Role

As a Regional Marketing Coordinator for our offices in the Mid-Atlantic Region, you will play a pivotal role in growing Davey's tree care business through marketing and sales support. You will collaborate closely with the marketing department and serve as the primary marketing liaison to regional sales and operations teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This position reports to Davey's corporate marketing department and requires the applicant to live in the Mid-Atlantic Region, specifically within Baltimore, Richmond, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with the corporate marketing team to produce regional and local sales and marketing content calendars.
Supports online content in a variety of formats, including case studies, blog content, and online directories.
Develops digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
Reviews and enhances sales and event materials for regional use.
Participates in marketing strategy, content development, and analytics meetings.
Provides regional training support related to marketing and sales platforms, including Pursuit Software, Marketing Automation and Email Marketing Platforms, Marketing On-Demand Platforms, Trade Show and Event Platforms, Customer Portals.
Supports business development and sales engagement efforts by developing knowledge of relevant associations and key stakeholder groups.
Pursues opportunities for networking and participates in events aligned with target customers.
Identifies and implements improvement strategies and best practices.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience in the tree care or environmental services industry is preferred but not specified.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
