Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a LATAM-based sales team to achieve maximum potential.
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
Engage with prospects and build influential relationships with customers and partners.
Drive sales excellence within the team and foster a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
7+ years of leadership experience in software/SaaS.
Experience building successful sales teams.
Experience with sales process and methodology related to territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
Ability to engage with prospects and build trust with customers and partners.
Experience in engaging with multiple routes to market through channel partners.

Nice to Have

Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization.
Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience.
Ability to lead organizational change and scale processes.
Experience with multiple routes to market through a broad network of channel partners.
Remote work experience in the Mexico City market.

Qualifications

Formal educational background includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
